Rubber Soul Brewing Company is coming to Lancaster City in fall 2026!

Seven years after pouring our first beer at our original location in Hummelstown, PA, we’re getting ready to open our second home.

Expanding to Lancaster has always been part of our plan. The city’s thriving food scene, creative energy, and strong sense of community make it the perfect place for Rubber Soul’s next chapter.

We’ve found that home at Champion Forge Center, a landmark property with more than 150 years of history and the former home of Old Checkers Bistro. Here, we’re creating a distinctive destination that brings together a full-service brewpub and an open-air beer garden.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but we can’t wait to share what we’re building. Great beer. Great food. Great energy. Expect the small-batch craft beer, top-shelf cocktails, homemade comfort food, and welcoming atmosphere that have made our Hummelstown location a hometown gathering place.
